Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Returns:
Please inform us within 2 days of receiving the package by contacting us via email at care@bohoinme.com. All orders of Standard Sizes (S to XXL) are returnable. Customized sizes/ made-to-measure sizes and Xs, Xxxl are not returnable. Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days.
Refund & Cancellations:
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at care@bohoinme.com
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.
- No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
- All orders in INR will be transferred to your Bank Accounts/ Cards as per your payment mode.
- All international orders can only be provided with store credit in case of Cancellation of order before dispatch.
- For International Orders, in case the customer wants to return the products, the refund will happen only in the form of Store Credits.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. If the required size is not available, we will exchange it for another style of your choice or refund you the total amount minus shipping. If the size ordered is required to be changed for a different size, we will provide alterations at no extra cost but the item cannot be exchanged for a new piece. To initiate an exchange or alteration, email us at care@bohoinme.com.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item.
