Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition and by the delivery date mentioned, so we only work with reputed courier partners within India, some of which are through Delhivery/India post/DHL Express/FedeEx/Bluedart.

• Shipping within India for orders above Rs. 1999/- is free. For orders below Rs.1999/-, flat shipping of Rs.150/- is chargeable.
• Orders once placed are shipped out within 10-12 working days. Once shipped, orders take 2-7 working days to be delivered within India. We will send you an email with delivery date after the orders are placed.  
• Made on Order products take 15-25 working days to dispatch. We dispatch the products as soon as they are ready. We do not wait for complete order to be shipped together so that customer can use whatever products are ready with us.
• Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. 
• Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Shipping details of made-to-measure items will be specified in the email. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
